Park Model Tiny Homes

These homes are designed to be used as a recreational secondary home. Most models are full sized (approximately 400 sf) and are offered with or without a loft. These cabins feature amenities such as kitchens with full-size appliances, spacious bathrooms, a loft with lots of head-room, real stairs (not ladders), a down-stairs bedroom and tons of storage. They can be loaded with additional options of your choice. Our most popular model, the Classic Double Loft, features lots of windows, a huge loft for the kids or storage plus great curb appeal to please the eye and the neighbors! It is so popular that we have entered our 13th year of production of this model and are still going strong.

Tiny Homes

Tiny homes are smaller than Park models, but they don’t lack for amenities. They have a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and living areas separate from the sleeping areas. We even have two and three bedroom models that are perfect for a single parent or couple with a children. Due to their smaller size, these tiny homes can be pulled by conventional trucks and can be moved from state to state without having to worry about height and width requirements many states impose.

Portable Cabins

Portable cabins are designed to be a weekend get-away, hunting cabin or to be used as a rental unit in a RV park or resort. They would also make a perfect back-yard “casita” for visiting friends or family or as a back-yard office or studio. Most have minimal kitchens (basically a kitchenette) and most combine the living/sleeping areas. We have loft models that separate the living areas from the sleeping areas or to allow for more sleeping areas. We have several two bedroom models, one three bedroom model and one duplex model.

Hi Rich, We just love our cabin and still have to pinch ourselves that we own it. It turned out even better than we could have imagined. Wed been shopping locally for a park model to put on our lake property for several years and those we looked at dont even come close to what you build in quality and looks. We still get tons of compliments and recently gave your website address to someone who seemed very interested. It is so solidly built and know it will last our lifetime then will be passed down to our sons and their families. I just cant say enough how pleased we are. Thanks again, Tina (and Larry too)

They Only Look Expensive

With all the floor plans available, prices start at $30,000. To save even more money, you have the option of purchasing a shell, and then as it can be afforded, adding other components to complete your cabin. This allows you to be a part of making your cabin.

There is only one place to get a cabin built by Rich and that’s here in Eastern Oregon. If you’d like to become a builder of Rich’s cabins give him a call and perhaps it can become a reality. Great opportunities exist in all regions of the country for those wanting to be a part of the RPC family.
