Popular choice for a non loft model

About

The Alaskan is a simple design portable cabin which equates to a lower sticker price as compared to the other full sized park models we offer. It is not short on features though, and has all the elements of what makes a perfect tiny home including a full kitchen, bedroom in the back, living room and a large bathroom.

The bedroom is sized for a queen bed to fit comfortably with a generous amount of room to walk around the bed and for your night stands. An egress window is standard and with the optional door access to the outdoors is safe and easy. A closet is standard and with the optional built in dresser, there is plenty of room for hanging and storing clothes.

The kitchen is designed galley style, with a generous amount of room so you will not feel cramped while cooking. There is plenty of room for full sized appliances and can even accommodate a stacked laundry center. The cabinets offer plenty of storage and counter tops are broad and expansive. Enjoy a view out the kitchen window while you are at the sink.

The bathroom is spacious and accommodates a 36” one piece fiberglass shower, large vanity and mirror plus lots of room for the toilet. There is a window for ventilation as well as an exhaust fan.

The living room is large with ample space for all the typical furnishings that you will need in your tiny home. There is the potential for additional windows in the living room if you have special views you want to enjoy.
